Creamy Raspberry Chia Seed Popsicles
I’ve been on a popsicle kick lately. Maybe I’m just dreaming of warmer weather, waiting for our long winter to be over. Either way, my baby and I have been enjoying experimenting and devouring the popsicles! I especially love this Creamy Raspberry Chia Seed recipe that is perfect for babies as a snack and to soothe teething gums.
Creamy Raspberry Chia Seed Popsicle Recipe
These creamy, dreamy popsicles are perfect for your teething baby as a snack or a dessert for you!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mashed raspberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Whip the heavy whipping cream until peaks form.
- Fold in the Greek yogurt, mashed raspberries, and chia seeds.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle mold. I used a mini 7-cavity mold, the perfect size for babies. Tap the mold on the counter to get any air bubbles out. Place the popsicle sticks in the center of each cavity.
- Place on a flat surface in the freezer.
- Freeze for 4 hours or more.
- Allow to defrost for 5 minutes or run under cool water for a few seconds before serving to your baby.
Notes
Leftovers: You may have leftovers. Feel free to eat them as they are or serve to your baby as a creamy yogurt on a preloaded spoon.
