Gift Cards

Gift cards: These are always a great option because they allow your recipient to choose the perfect gift for themselves. Amazon gift cards are a popular choice, but gift cards to their favorite health food store, a meal delivery service, or even a massage are all great ideas.

Coffee Mug

Coffee Mug: Who doesn’t need another coffee/tea mug?! A dietitian mug or nutritionist mug is a fun and practical gift that they can use every day. Plus, it’s a great conversation starter and shows off their profession.

Coffee or tea

Coffee or tea: This would be the perfect addition to your coffee mug. If your gift recipient isn’t a coffee-lover they will usually at least like some sort of tea. The options are endless for coffee and tea flavors! You could even get a coffee sampler or tea sampler if you’re not sure which flavors they like.

Water Bottle

Water Bottle: A high-quality water bottle is a must-have for any nutritionist or dietitian. Look for a durable, leak-proof bottle that is BPA-free and easy to clean. Bonus if it has a handle to attach to a hiking backpack or for easier carrying. I personally like my water bottles to have a straw and drinking spout because tipping the bottle to drink takes too much time! Some people like water bottles that encourage them to drink every hour like this motivational water bottle. You can be extra thoughtful and consider a water bottle with a built in fruit infuser for those that like flavored water.

Foodie Dice

Foodie Dice: I just discovered these and thought they’d be a great gift idea! Especially for a nutritionist or dietitian who may have a well-stocked kitchen but just needs some meal inspiration! It includes 5 primary dice (protein, cooking method, grain/carb, herb, bonus ingredient) and 4 seasonal veggie dice. You can choose to make vegetarian or vegan-friendly meals.

Badge Reel

Nutritious Baby Meal Plan

Baby Meal Plan: If your gift receiver is a mom, I have created a 12 week meal plan that includes meals, grocery lists, and products I used to safely introduce the top 9 allergens to my baby during her first 3 months of baby-led weaning. This would make a great gift for your dietitian or nutritionist mom!

Journal and Planner

Journal and planner: This planner includes stickers, pens, decorative tape, envelopes, and checklists! It’s perfect for those type A personality dietitians and nutritionists who like to organize everything. A planner is a customizable gift that can be used for meal planning, goal setting, or just jotting down notes.

Personalized Binders or Notepads
